Last week :iconeluk: and I agreed to do a shooting of some marbles, accompanied with a poem.
this is my submission for it, I decided on red white and blue, because it's the color if our National flag. :D


Marbles..

Marbles of red white and blue
I don’t need them to remind me of you.
Some call me sweetie, some call me bubbles
One even says ''Mizz K'' .. while others give me cuddles:cuddle:
One can called a variety of names
But it’s the noun that touched my heart
Being called a friend.. that’s the sweetest part.

I LOVE MARBLES! I totally love them! They go back to my childhood. I remeber playing with my cousin when we were little. i love their colors and the twirl inside of them! Lovely work! Is your fave thing working? When i try to drag and fav it it will not work. I have to go to each deviation one by one! I have over 500 to look at! :faint:

There is not much I remember of my first years here in Holland.. but this one stick in my mind very clearly.. we used to play marbles too.. and in the sidewalks.. there were some groves about a foot or so long ,and about 4 inches deep.. for bycicles to stand in ... but whenever there was not a bike talking up the space.. we'd get rid of any dirt/leaves ..and use it for a put to shoot our marbles in :nod: I too love marbles Maria.. also confetti.... ballons and those mini paper umbrella's one sometimes gets in desserts :cake: :heart:
oH DEAR.. OVER 500! :faint: I get nevrous with so many.. one never really get's caught up do they? :no: Oh btw.. no.. my fave is not working either sweets :glomp:

I love confetti too! And streamers! The ones that are in a cicle and you blow them and they fly out of your hand? LOL :giggle:I love ballons too! :) paper umbrella's are fun! :) These special little things! I think yo u shouldmake a collage of all these little special trinkets!

I caught up! :) i had to go one by one but i chose the ones i really liked. :hug:
