My dear friend who lives a good 200 km from me, so we dont see one another too often, the last time she was here visiting, she adopted a farm kitten at only 6 weeks old, now ''katie'' is three months, and doing wonderfully.A great companion for my friend, as she's almost blind, and has no family close to her, so this little kitten is a real gem for her.

A cute shot! You really picked a Kodak Moment there. Pets are such an enrichment to ones life, and such dear friends. A teacher of mine once said that animals have no emotions, well i said no because i know better, and she said we should not "see" human emotions in them that are not there. Well of course they have no human emotions, but their own. And you see that the Cat loves your friend, i guess you know how i mean that. Its good that she has her, i can only guess how boring and lonely it must be without her.
Well to the technical, the shot is beautifully framed, with the postioning just right and the Cat and your friend are forming a triangle witch is very pleasing to the eye. The partially shown teddy on the right side is a nice touch.
