Heaven's light

Every once in a while a photo will come along and make me want to paint it, so too with this one, and with that I want to thank James for allowing me to use his beautiful photo,which he orignally named heaven's light... my painting( in oil) is by no means as beatuiful as the photo, i must add though, that it looks better in real, than through the eye of the camera(who said the camera is cruel!?) or is that only for aging ladies!??...anwyay James, I hope I have done you a pleasure, and also your son," karen
